At NurtIQ, we take great care in the quality and safety of our supplement kits. We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase, so our returns and refund policy is designed to be clear and fair.
Returns
Because our products are classed as food supplements, we cannot accept returns of any kits that have been opened or tampered with. To be eligible for a return, the kit must be in its original sealed outer packaging (with tamperproof seal intact) and in the same condition you received it.
If your kit is unused and remains in its sealed packaging, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we have received and inspected your return. Please allow 7–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
