Pre-Order Shipping Policy
At NurtIQ, we want your order to arrive quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. Because our first kits are launching soon, all current orders are placed as pre-orders.
Pre-Order Timeline

All orders placed now are pre-orders.

Shipping begins 30 September 2025.

As soon as your kit has left our facility, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Processing & Dispatch

Once pre-orders open, your payment secures your kit in the first batch.

Dispatch begins 30 September 2025, with initial pre-orders shipped in the order they were received.

After launch, standard processing time will return to 1–2 business days.
Delivery Times (after dispatch)

UK Orders: Delivered within 2–5 business days once shipped.

Delivery times are estimates. Delays caused by couriers or external factors are outside our control, but we’ll always support you if something goes wrong.
Shipping Costs

UK Delivery: Free tracked shipping is included with all orders.
Packaging

Kits are securely packed in premium outer boxes and sealed for protection.

Discreet outer packaging is used for privacy and safe transit.
Missed or Delayed Deliveries

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven’t received it, please first check with the courier or your local delivery office.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incomplete, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
